Riksbyggen, one of Sweden’s largest property managers, has, through its subsidiary Simpleko, agreed to license Nabo’s IT platform.

The IT platform, which is the only solution developed entirely for housing association management, automates manual processes and offers a fully digital experience to housing associations and their tenants. The result is a digital workflow that enables more efficient management while simultaneously providing greater transparency and reliability to end-users.

– This is an important part of our digital strategy where we benefit from systems with a high degree of automation and self-service. Nabo and its platform will be of great benefit to our customers and help to digitize and streamline our operations, says Susanne Lindh, CEO of Simpleko.

The collaboration has already begun by Nabo adapting the platform to Simpleko’s operations. From 2021, Simpleko’s employees alongside 700 housing associations will start using the platform.
