Audria, a tech-driven real estate-services platform, expands into the UK with the addition of Tandem Property. Tandem Property provides property and asset management solutions, and is the fifth company to join Audria, following Newsec, Novier, Sveaviken and Avy.

This represents an important step in Audria's ambition to build a leading technology-driven platform for real estate services across Europe. Audria now brings together more than 2,600 professionals across the Nordics and Baltics, managing real estate assets totaling more than €100 billion.
